We ship most orders within 3 business days, except during United States holidays.

Domestic Shipping
- Your standard ground order will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx at Accura Music’s discretion.
- Delivery times for Economy and Express shipping are estimates and are not guaranteed. In-stock orders using Second Day or Next Day shipping methods are guaranteed to be delivered on time by the carrier, or we will refund your shipping cost.
- Because of the volatility of fuel prices, shipping rates may change.
- All delivery times are business days - Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- We charge sales tax for all orders sold in New York State.
International Shipping
Returns: Because of the high cost of international shipping, we cannot pay for return shipments from outside the US, for any reason.
Customs: Postal regulations require us to list the contents of all international packages and the exact total value of your shipment, even if the order is a gift. Any customs, taxes or import duties are your responsibility and are levied once the package reaches your country.
You must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; if you are not sure, contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Orders are not returnable or refundable because of unexpected customs duties or other taxes. If you refuse delivery of the order, Accura Music will not refund your payment. In no event will Accura Music pay any duties, taxes or fees on your behalf.
