The Warm-Up Studies are an annotated collection of the famous daily routines developed by professor Emory Remington at the Eastman School of Music. Edited by world-renowned wind ensemble director and student of professor Remington, Donald Hunsberger, these Warm-Ups have been the standard for trombonists, teachers and students for more than forty years. The recently released second edition of the studies brings today’s performers a more complete introduction to Mr. Remington and his thorough approach to building musical, physical and stylistic tools for each performer.
This essential brass-instrument book has now been edited for tuba and euphonium by distinguished Emeritus Professor of Tuba, Euphonium, and composer, John D. Stevens. The books include editing for instruments with 4th valve, 5th valve, and compensating systems. There are versions for Euphonium Bass Clef, Euphonium Treble Clef, BB flat Tuba and CC Tuba.
