- What methods of payment do you accept? We take all major credit cards.
- What if I need to change my order? If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
- How do I cancel my order? We cancel orders before they are processed. Email us a firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have processed your order, you may return the unused item. Please see our return policy.
- When will my order ship? We ship most orders within 3 business days, except during United States holidays. We notify you when your order ships.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air are guaranteed to be delivered in 1 or 2 business days, respectively, from the time they ship from our warehouse. Street address required (no P.O. Box delivery). We attempt to ship all express orders the same day the order is received, although shipping carrier pickup schedules determine the processing cut-off time. Shipment tracking is available to your door. To confirm stock availability and shipment options for time-critical orders, contact our customer service line: 1-585-225-4638, by voice mail or text.
- Do you provide tracking information? We will send a tracking number for orders shipped by Media, Priority or Priority Express Mail when the order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, then please contact us.
- I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order? Check your notifications. We let you know when a partial order has shipped. If you receive an incomplete order, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Do I need to pay for customs or import duties? Customers pay any customs and import duties due on international orders.
